Returns and Refund Policy

At Asha Sync, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return experience for our customers. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • The request is made within 3 days of receiving the product.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team via phone or email within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and images of the item if applicable.

  3. Our team will verify the claim and schedule a pickup if approved.

Returns are not accepted without prior approval from our support team.


3. Refund Method

As we currently only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) payments:

  • Refunds will be issued in cash at the time of pickup 

  • In some cases, refunds may be processed via a mutually agreed-upon method for convenience.

Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund process to be completed after the returned item is inspected and approved.


4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Products that show signs of use or damage caused after delivery.

  • Items returned without original packaging and accessories.

  • Products requested for return beyond the 3-day window.


5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it will fall under our standard return policy.
