1. Delivery Method

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our sole payment method. Full payment must be made in cash at the time of delivery.


2. Shipping Areas

We deliver to most regions within all Countries. If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you directly after order placement.


3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been dispatched.


4. Delivery Time

Standard delivery times range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary during high-demand periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.


5. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees, if any, will be clearly communicated at the time of checkout. In many cases, we offer free shipping on qualifying orders or promotions.


6. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery team will make up to two attempts to deliver your package. If no one is available to receive the order, it may be returned to our dispatch center, and our team will reach out to reschedule delivery.


7. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number or update to monitor the delivery status.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
